The following are the
terms & conditions between faultcodeaders.com (trading
style of LE Ltd) and the consumer.
Age
Limits Only customers above the age of 18 may order
through this site.
Fraud We
have a 100% record in combatting fraud. We will refuse to
supply goods at any time we suspect fraud. We will also pass on
any details relating to fraudulent activity to the
relevant authorities. We are not passive when it comes to
fraud and will pursue these matters through the criminal
courts. We reserve the right to refuse
the supply of goods or services at our
discretion.
Prices
The prices quoted already include VAT at the current
rate.
Ways of paying
We accept all the major credit/debit cards online via our
secure online Merchants - Paypal & Google
Checkout
Delivery Schedules Most goods are
sent out same day (subject to Post office opening hours) and
delivery is typically next day. Where goods are not in stock we
will keep you informed of estimated delivery times. If goods
are out of stock you may ask for a full refund if the expected
delivery times are more than 7 days from that date. We will not
be responsible for failed deliveries where the courier has
attempted delivery at your given address. Customers are
thereafter responsible for re-organising delivery or
personal collection with the courier/postal
service.
Faulty Goods
& Refunds
Any faulty goods must be reported within 7 days for a full
refund. Any faults reported after this time will be fixed or
replaced at our discretion. All refunds will be given in
reasonable time and no longer than 30 days from the date the
refund is confirmed unless matters are out of our
control - for instance where our merchant provider
has suspected fraudulent usage. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
Cancellation
Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to
cancel your order within 7 working days. Goods must be intact
and unused in their original sealed packaging and condition. We
must be contacted within 7 days by email for this. The customer
is responsible for the costs in returning goods and their safe
transit to us.
Guarantees All equipment sold is
covered by the manufacturer's 12 months warranty unless
otherwise stated. All guarantees are subject to manufacturer's
conditions. Any faulty goods can only be returned with a
Returns authorisation number. If you suspect an item is faulty
contact us first so we can evaluate the problem. If the fault
is confirmed then we will issue a Returns Number. All faulty
goods returned are at customer's cost. We advise that goods are
returned via an insured service as customers remain responsible
for goods in transit to us for damage and
loss. Please ensure that you do not overlook any obvious
reasons why the item may not work before you return the item,
as goods found to be fully working may be charged
for.
Unsolicited e-mail /Data protection and
privacy
We will not send random and untargeted unsolicited e-mail.
We will also never disclose your email to any third parties
outside our company.
Security We use a secure server for
receiving payments via our merchant providers - Paypal
& Google Checkout.
Consumer law We meet our
obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in
force including:
- The Sale of Goods Act
1979;
- The Supply of Goods and
Services Act 1982;
- The Consumer Credit Act
1974;
- The Trade Descriptions
Act 1968;
- The Unfair Contract
Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations; and
- The Consumer Protection

Handling complaints If you have any
cause for complaint in relation to this website or
with any of our services or products please do not
hesitate to contact us. We will always treat all complaints
with priority and in confidence.
